COVERAGE OF WARRANTY
Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of any component part found to be defective withinthe applicable periods described below. This warranty does not apply to any product damaged or determined to be defective as a
result of improper handling operation or maintenance.
LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
Ram Manufacturing Ltd. Is not responsible for indirect, punative, special,incidental or consequential damages or losses the consumer may suffer or incur in connection with this product or its use.
CLAIMS PROCEDURE
If a warranty claim should become necessary, send the defective part (If practicle to do so) or request an inspection by theinstallation contractor. If found to be defective a new replacement part will be supplied to you at no charge.
Ram Manufacturing Ltd. guarantees the materials factory workmanship, the original purchaser, to be of excellent quality as providedin this limited non prorated warranty.
LAMINATIONS AND FINISHES - 25 YEAR
All expanded polystyrene panel products are warranted to be free of blistering, chipping, cracking peeling or delamination undernormal residential use and service.
WINDOWS AND SCREEN UNITS - 25 YEAR
Ram Mfg. Ltd. warrants its aluminum sliding windows under normal residential use and service, to be free from peeling, flaking,blistering and corroding. The aluminum windows are not warranted against discoloration due to air pollution or exposure to
harmful chemicals.
ALUMINUM EXTRUDED COMPONENTS - 25 YEAR
Ram Mfg. Ltd. warrants its aluminum extruded components under normal residential use and service, to be free from peeling,flaking, blistering and corroding. The aluminum extruded components are not warranted against discoloration caused by air
pollution or exposure to harmful chemicals.
HARDWARE - 25 YEAR
Ram Mfg. Ltd. warrants the materials used for moving parts (Window rollers, latches etc.), and other hardware items under normalresidential use and service.
